The day after we ordered our new tent, a mail arrived from Nina from the Berghut:
The tent will only be ready for shipping in the first week of May.

As we hoped to already do some dry runs for our camping experience, Nina and Nordisk (the firm that makes the tent) were willing to provide us with an older model so that we could do our testing anyway.
A big relief and a big thankyou to Nina who was thinking very much in solutions here!
